The service was spectacular. We had my husband's birthday dinner here, and they brought us delicious dessert. Our family each got a different drink, and all of us loved our drinks. We also all got something different, and we all devoured our food. The night we went, there was live music that made us and other guests get up and dance! I'm planning on coming back every time I'm in New York.

We got two dishes one was great the other so-so. The green sauce was salty,.very salty. For the portions it all felt overly expensive. The staff was fine, the atmosphere was hot. I know it was a humid day, but why only run a fan? Overall, I probably won't not go again particularly looking at the overall price. But at least one dish was yummy.

It was a good culinary experience, we went for dinner, 8pm on Friday, the dishes were good, but the waiters were very worried that we finish immediately, we had to eat quickly and this bothered us so much, the live music was very good and varied… Too bad because it could have been a nice evening if it weren't for the rush they put us in.

We were craving Peruvian food and we discovered this corner establishment via google.

The establishment was pretty empty upon our arrival with a party of four; the only occupants at the time.

The wait staff had to be flagged down upon our arrival. We waited a long time before we were served water or for our drink orders to be taken. The drinks were served after we placed our food order and half way through our meals. The drink orders took longer than the food.

Service was mediocre and not impressive. The lomo was pretty expensive and not filled with the savory flavors of an authentic lomo.

Two dishes and two drinks cost us nearly $100 which was extremely expensive. We won’t be returning since our overall experience was not great. Recommend going elsewhere for Peruvian food.

We wanted to try a new place for dinner and decided on this restaurant. What an amazing choice!! The food and drinks were fantastic especially the alfajores! We decided to sit at the bar. Alvaro was very attentive and also made a great whiskey shot. There was great music and even greater vibes! We will definitely be back!

Open restaurant, not closed with central air. They were nice and accommodated us near fans.
We ordered a pitcher of chicha morada which was too sweet in my opinion but the food was delicious and just right. Would like to return and try other menu items.

Peruvian food but make it modern! Rosatoro is your spot to go to for some great Peruvian food and drinks. When we got there they checked out temperature and took down our names and info. We didn't wait long for a seat. The restaurant was beautiful to begin with. The natural lighting and greens hanging down. It was like a fairy fantasy world. The weather was nice too, slight breeze with the warmth of the sun, we got so lucky with the weather. We tried their Aji pulpo with causa limena. It was so good. The aji crusted octopus was so flavorful and meaty. The Peruvian mashed potatoes were to die for too. Don't get me wrong, I love my fries but mashed potatoes' my fav way to eat them. Plus the way they plated everything looked so fine. We also tried their ceviche mixto. I'm typically not a fan of raw white fish, but decided to try it anyway. The texture usually isnt really my thing, but this dish was soo good. I mean the seasoning and that sauce was just delicious. Everything was super fresh too. The sweet potato adds a nice touch to the dish. We also tried their Peruvian style skewers. Usually chicken is super dry but omg. After one bite juice was flowing down my hands!!! It was sooo juicy. I never had white meat with so much juice and flavor before. It's a small dish but trust me. It was delicious. Probably one of the best places to get chicken skewers in the area. This is one of our new fav spots in Astoria.
