Pita Pit

I used to love..love..love pita pita I would get everything in my pita and it would be hug and so filling but sadly the falafel was dry and tasted like flavored sand. There was barely any flavor. My daughter got the gyro and she said it wasn't good either. Unfortunately that is my last time eating there..I am a total foodie and was excited but ended up disappointed ☹️

This franchise sells expired items. This is the 3rd time I have gotten expired chips and/or bottled drinks. I have spoken to the owner and while he's very nice, I don't understand how this has happened 3 times. This is not okay.

Response to the owner: I know they expire in 4 days, but they are stale because they are at the end of their shelf life. This means that they have been sitting somewhere for over a year. Most people don't continue to sell products near the end of their shelf life because they are sold and also due to quality. Makes me question how long you keep meat.

Love this place. Diana and Caroline are great with customer services! Engaged well with conversation while we wait for our food. Highly recommend guys.

Food is great prices extremely reasonable. Owner is down to earth and helped me learn to use their app. Service is fast and friendly. It's frequent stop for me now! And an healthier option.

I have passed this eatery several times and decided I would try it tonight. I asked about menu items and specifically the gyro since it was what brought me through the doors. I also explained that it was my first time eating here and asked about some items on menu. The staff made no attempts to help with choices. That was fine because I have done customer service for 20 years and don’t really like the indecisive customer. I will say that I felt rushed and I eventually realized why. My order was fixed in 3 minutes and was tasteless and cold. The two gentlemen that order before me were still waiting for their orders to be prepared as I was handed a bag. The cashier was wearing the same gloves that she rang up their order, my order, ran both credit cards, grilled and wrapped my gyro, placed it in bag and handed to me. Ughhhhh. I immediately went next store to order a slice of pizza and as I was heading back to my car, I realized why I was served so fast. The two employees were out front listening to music with the two gentlemen that got the carefully prepared orders. I have never written a review about service before but as I told my adult children about the experience, they said don’t tell us - tell them. Just know that I live 5 minutes away but will probably never come back again….

I placed and an online order for pickup. Easy process. Plenty healthy options to choose from! My order was ready quickly. Food was warm and tasty! I had the falafel/quinoa/brown rice bowl and it was very good!! Nice to have healthy options to choose from.
