This place is horrible. The Dr who is Dr cialsis has a horrible attitude. My child has autism and I was trying to give her a little insight about him so I answered some questions for him that I knew that was difficult to handle. She told me in a ride way can he talk. I asked her of course do you need me to step outside and she say no and tried to explain to me why she said that but had to turn right around and ask me the questions. At the end of the interview she asked me do I have power of attorney and I say he's my child and I don't need no power of attorney and I was told to get out of her office. I told her you must own this building and she is very rude for someone who suppose to have Dr in front of her name. I talked to the supervisor which was a little help and said that she wrote the prescription out but refuse to give him the school pre authorization form so the school can give him the medicine while he's there to control his behavior but she is doing this to punish me and that's fine but my child need this medicine to function at school. I told the supervisor to tell her this and what time he take the meds which is at 8 12 and bedtime. I still haven't heard anything from them. This is a horrible place and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Terrible institution. Needed treatment for depression (still do! Thanks, Western Mental Health!) and, going to this place, they've essentially just thrown pills at me (always smallest dose) to get me to go away. After trying a few medications and the latest one not working, my request to change was met with "Eventually you're gonna have to pick something and stick with it." That's not how that works. I shouldn't know more about medicine than my healthcare providers.
