Do not waste your time with the NJ office by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. They told my husband they do not have time to help him when calling to renew his passport, after telling him to apply online for his passport renewal. We ended up contacting another consulate that gave us an appointment after informing us that there was no online application, and we were able to renew his passport in 20 minutes. We live in NJ and have to spend money to travel miles insane for something this consulate could have provided us over the phone. We contacted them twice in 5 weeks and almost missed our family vacation.
I traveled 6 hours over the weekend to renew my passport, and I could say that Nikola exceeded all my expectations. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner.
