Good selection of parts and knowledgeable staff

The place always carries most of common parts you need to fix or update your rig. The down part is that they don’t put prices on they items so it is very annoying to go back and forth to check the price for each every item you are interested, Specially giving the fact the most of the staff except Mike and one or 2 other guys are very unfriendly and rude. In particular the bold fat guy who even doesn’t look at you when you ask him a question Because he is either busy watching his cell phone or his head is down in a grease pile of fried food in front of him. I really believe this is guy better stay home and binging on his Grease plate than getting a job in a public place…caution heart 💜 attack!!!
I do recommend this place but avoid the Star Wars monster 👹 with all cost!!!!

The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I needed a few parts to repair my trailer and called ahead to see if they had them in stock so I headed over. While there I decided to grab a spare set but unfortunately they did not have a full second set in stock. The staff pointed me to another shop in town that may have the last of the second set. There professionalism and courteous did not go unnoticed.

Every time I call either i get no answer, or even worse an employee who is not willing to do the work. If a customer is trying to purchase a part wouldn't you try and either look to see (on the computer database) if you stock the item. If that isn't an option wouldn't you still see if its something you could order? I guess not here. The guy up front for the second time in two weeks decided he knew every part they carried or could source off the top of his head and refused to look into it. Lazy employees with poor customer service skills. It also wouldn't have been as bad over the phone but no one answers the phone and when i walk into the parts department theres 4 guys sitting on there bottoms talking B.S. after i drove 45 min to the location. Just absolutely a no go for me. Ill never deal with these people again.

I feel like a kid in a candy store when I come here. There is a little bit of everything for any style, taste, or whatever you might be looking for. And I bet if it's not there, it can be ordered, or the staff can help direct you where you need to go.

Nice, clean, organized. Very helpful personnel.
Lots of inventory can only downfall is there are very few prices listed on products but as I said the personnel is very helpful and they were more than happy to get me prices on anything that I had asked about
