Ground staffs are incompetent, there’s always no solution for within Msian customer services. What happened? If you support mediocrity, this airport is for you. If this is an international airport, staffs should be trained in learning proper English, not Manglish.
This GTR guest service attendant is of very bad attitude..
1. Being on phone while a passenger talks to her,
2. Moment a passenger approaches her, she says check in is RM30/pax,
3. Sending everyone to self checkin (even passengers with Indian Passport whose passports can't scan),
4. Sends traveller's with infants to self checkin..
Does she know how the self check in counter works or the passengers who come back is wrong?
Even the Malaysian passport of child & infant was not scannable..

But air asia if you're reading this, sort out your check in process. Its the worst most have experienced. Not once has your kiosk checked me in.

One of the best airport that I've seen . Apparently there are 2 terminals. This is just the second ones where most of the air asia planes will land. Quite a huge airport and very well maintained. It is best to check in early as some of the gates require a long walk. The check in process went smoothly for me.
Shocking for an international airport and in the international departure area, only 1 ATM is available, or at least that was what i have been informed by the airport care ambassadors. Best part even that ATM is not working.
