Went in to check out the Q3 and Renee was very kind to give me an overview and also let my bf try out the binoculars outside. I appreciated his help and knowledge.

I do not live in NYC but wish I did to have this store and great staff in my city. So helpful in the store or assisting over the phone for local pickups as well. Well done.

Rudest Leica store staff I’ve ever encountered. They’ll make sure you feel unwelcome and beneath them by visibly sighing at you when you ask for anything.

Get a new job if you hate dealing with customers

Had a great buying experience, No pushing accessories or anything else,In fact I went in and told them I was looking for a camera package I was asked what I wanted to shoot and he showed me a couple cameras-I walked out with my new camera in about 20 mins and yes they did say if I needed any more information on using the camera don’t hesitate to stop in

We stopped in because my friend has been wanting a Leica. The staff was great! Friendly and informative, but never pushy! I had to park across the street in an area marked no parking. They let me know they really enforce the parking in that area. I kept an eye on my vehicle. One of the guys working there, Stewart, told me he’d go stand with the vehicle. As long as someone was with it, they’d leave it alone. So he went out and stood with it at least 10-15 minutes so we could do our looking around! That was way above and beyond! Great store! Really made us feel valued!

Craig and all the staff are always very helpful when purchasing new cameras and answering questions about existing ones. I’ve been a customer for many years and am always satisfied with the selection and customer service provided.
