The staff was great and super friendly. The issue was trying to get to our room after a Giants game to use the restroom, but the line to use the elevator was ridiculous! The rooftop bar/restaurant (which they treated like a Vegas night club) had only 1 elevator to get to the up there. I, as a paying customer, had to wait in line to use one of the 3 elevators. Location was the only good thing about staying here. The rooms were good, Flooring was like a sport court and the refrigerator didn't work. Seems like a lot needs to be changed, especially the elevators! The friendly staff and Valet's were the only reason I gave 2 stars!

This hotel is brand new. Highly recommended as the rooms are so clean and love the block out electric blinds. This hotel gym is also really well equipped. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our 6 night stay.
Only downside we have was the rooftop bar/restaurant food was average and some bar tenders really had poor customer service.

Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Service not so great. No in room beverage service requires guests to find downstairs coffee sales. 35 guests and 1 staffer is not a great way to start the day. Hotel sends guests to nearby grocery store for snacks and beverages, which for a hotel of this caliber is unacceptable. Had to circle the block 2 times while valet was backed up into street. Location in regard to Oracle Park is excellent.

I mostly liked this hotel but there were a couple annoying issues that made it hard to get a good night's sleep.
None of the lamps/lights within arms reach of the bed were dim. so if you wanted to read in bed or navigate to the washroom, your only choice is to stumble in the dark or blast your eyes with the super bright bed side light fixture.
Similarly the automatic bathroom lights are NEON BLUE, why would you do this. Pick a warm hue and make it dimmer.
Lastly, my fridge kept making a rattling noise, so I was forced to turn it off.
I also felt the beds were too soft, but that's subjective so whatever.
The AC and blackout blinds were very good though.
The hotel gym is also excellent and the service is good. They even have a little robot.

$75 to park per night. Rooms were new and tastefully, if simply, decorated. Bed was comfy, bathroom was big and the blackout blinds worked well.
Two main issues:
We asked twice to have the car charged with their onsite charger. Both times it was confirmed we were "in queue" but it was not done. I'd suggest getting there with enough range to get well on your way.
Bigger issue is the priority given to the rooftop bar in terms of access over guests. Specifically, after the game we were denied use of the elevator (1 of 3) that was designated as solely going to the 17th floor for the bar. The remaining 2 elevators had a queue of 30 plus people, including kids in strollers after the baseball game. We were directed to a service elevator to ease the congestion, which was fine, but many were frustrated, including one guest who muttered zero stars under his breath. Guests should always come first. Apparently, per staff, this delay and bar priority is the norm on game nights. It was very inconvenient and wiped away any benefit of staying close to Oracle from a time perspective.
Overall, good not great. All the staff were friendly. The hotel just tried to sell itself as providing an experience it couldn't quite live up to.

PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED. Excellent hotel and I enjoyed my stay. However, they charge extra for valet parking and there’s no free parking included. It was mentioned in very fine print when I booked the hotel so I didn’t notice till later. Regardless of the extra parking charge, it was a wonderful hotel with top-notch amenities. Totally worth the price. And I enjoyed meeting Henry too.

This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in in the past three years. The staff and valets were friendly and made us feel so welcomed. We felt like V.I.P. It was 5 minutes away from the Oracle Ball park and is closed by to several good restaurants. When we plan another baseball weekend, we will be staying here again. Thanks for the exceptional visit.
