So much fun. And so big. You can explore for 8 hours straight and not see it all. There's so many little surprises and nooks and crannies. A great place for kids to go and get some of their energy out.

The halloween decorations are a nice touch and makes for a spooky good time.

This museum was unlike any other museum we have been to. It was filled with so many areas to climb, crawl and explore. Definitely dress in active wear when you go and you won't be disappointed.

This was our first time to St. Louis and to City museum. City Museum was AMAZING. There are so many cool little passage ways to crawl through that take you to new/different places. The adults had just as much fun as the kids. Definitely recommend some knee pads for the adults.

My son had a good time. He is 10. He definitely saw it is a cool adventure. If there was a way to ensure he couldn't be taken or hurt without my knowledge, I could have let him run free a little more but I felt like I'd lose him if he got out of my sight because this place goes on and on! Lol. So I was overprotective and followed him around. Every thing was really cool. Unfortunately after walking thousands of steps to reach the top they said you can't slide with a small bag. I had to bring my bag to be able to pay for our way in, etc. So that was unfortunate after walking so many stair cases. Maybe a sign at the bottom saying no bags allowed? 🤔 it was hot, but overall the place is very cool and very fun for a kid to explore. We may come back some day and try again when he's older.

What an absolutely awesome experience for kids and adults! You have to be fairly nimble but there's fun to be had from all. Even just walking through and checking things out is pretty neat. One of our favorite Parts was the seven story slide, it was really fast and an absolute blast! Parking was easy and a good time was had by all. The only negative that I can really think of is St Louis is not nearly as nice overall as many big cities I've been to but, of course, this has nothing to do with the quality of the museum.

Super fun experience for my kids. There were tunnels and caves that go between all the floors. I've never seen anything like it! It was incredible. My son said "better than Disney." LOL. I have a 14, 12, and 9 year old and we stayed busy for almost 7 hours. Dad and I even got in the action, climbing through tunnels and sliding down slides. I would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone looking for something different. The admission is fair and rather cheap compared to things we do in Chicago. Overall it was worth the drive and traffic from Chicago.

A wonderful place. My son loved it here. He’s talked about this place for years. We spent hours climbing around the ceilings, walls, tunnels, through the darkness. You can walk along the outside structures (crawling is also necessary if you want to see everything), explore the planes, or slide down the slides - and some span multiple floors!
So many amazing sculptures and artwork. When I was there they were painting and building in order to add another floor of adventure.
The lowest level is the enchanted cave with some amazing sculptures for everyone to climb on. It’s one gigantic museum for playing and exploring. Not disappointed that my son and I drove six hours to see this place. A work of art.
