Yours

I took my mum out shopping to Cardiff as she’s never been before and we wanted to pop into Yours as I had a jumper to return. The staff there are awful and weren’t friendly at all. My mum and me were very polite to them, but they didn’t even say thank you or anything. Me and my mum certainly won’t be shopping there again and we will be going to another Yours with more friendly staff.

I absolutely love this shop, great sizing and loads of choice. Always seem to pick something up. Friendly staff too

Extremely rude staff. I went to return a pair of trousers that I bought in store which were delivered to my house. I couldn’t seem to find the dispatch email, the staff were very unhelpful and didn’t offer any support whatsoever. The other lady just kept saying that I needed the paper receipt which I didn’t have, as it was 2 hours away because there are no Yours stores near me!

You don’t need a paper receipt to return, you can just use an email, so she was wrong! It was apparently a lot of trouble. The lady I was dealing with was very rude and aggressive, barking orders at me like I was a child (even though, no one deserves to be spoken to in such a manner).

I also put my phone away after showing her the dispatch note after finding it (with no offer of help) for her to demand it back again so she could fill out a form! I felt like I was doing something wrong due to their aggressive nature.

Both my mum and I were going to buy something but didn’t bother after that experience. Don’t bother. I would take your custom elsewhere! Never again.

Accompanied my daughter this morning to return a pair of trousers and right from the start the lady serving behind the counter seemed to be moody and there was no “good morning, can I help you” she just said “yes”. My daughter had to log on to the shops WiFi to access the info the assistant requested with no offer of help. Eventually my daughter found what she thought the assistant wanted but it was incorrect so we had to move to the side again so that she could find the invoice. Another assistant was saying she needs a paper receipt. Why do you need a paper receipt when all the info is on an email. They were both very unhelpful and aggressive in their demeanour. My daughter did find the info and then when she put her phone away the assistant wanted some further info. I have never been to a clothes shop like it before. It seems ridiculous all that info just to be refunded £19.00
We will not be going into any Yours shops again after the very poor service.

They do have some really nice clothes here for the larger lady, however!! When trying on bras it is becoming increasingly awkward, they always seem to place the alarm tag right in the clasps in the back, not good. Also, I know for some its ok, but to have bras with the straps held on with hooks, not good when you have very big lulas, the hooks seem to pop out of the loops, much prefer sewn in straps as they are stronger to keep the girls where they need to be

For a company that specifically caters for plus size women it's disappointing to find that their shop in St. David's Centre, Cardiff is so tightly packed it's restrictive and frustrating.

There are lots of great colour combinations that mm ran you can get some great ideas.

The changing rooms are roomy so that does help.

Lovely selection of amazing cakes. But sat down in there for 10 minutes and nobody came to serve us. When I asked we were told we had to go to the counter so we left. When we visited before we had someone take our order at our table. So can be very confusing. We went to the Queen st shop.

I visited this store on 12 February 2018. The shop is very well presented and welcoming. My wife is a plus size but had never been to a Yours Clothing store before. Vicky (the manager) was extremely helpful in providing my wife with assistance when selecting a couple of outfits.

I would highly recommend this store.
