I like giving new places a chance, but was not a fan! Dropped my pet off at ten, she wasn't ready till 2:30. She smelled good, but didn't look any different. Plus, they were kid's working there. So i have no idea, who groomed her. I came home, and trimmed her ear's myself. I will not take her back there
