We were on our way home to Minnesota when we had a tire go flat. We found Brown Tire nearby and are grateful to them for their friendliness and for helping us so quickly, so we could get back on the road.

Great service. They service my fleet vehicles and also my personal vehicle. Don’t try to upcharge you every single time you go.

Staff was super friendly, service was very fast, got an alignment, and as I sat in the waiting area, which was cozy, they even had a fridge with free cans of pop and coffee, or water, how nice of them! Thanks for making my experience there wonderful!

Excellent customer service great job taking care of balancing and putting the tires on my car.

Be very wary of this place. I went in to get an wheel alignment and upon inspection they said they can't do it because I needed this this and that done (for a cost of nearly a grand)...and on top of that they charged me for the inspection! By the way, my front struts are new and they don't need to be replaced Mr. Brown- Lord only knows how many senior citizens and non-mechanics you guys hoodwink and rip off. Needless to say I got what I needed done elsewhere. Heh.

I needed new tires for my RV I was told that they do not service tires for RV's anymore..there tech that did them retired in 2021. What a shame they do not hire another person to do that... they would sell me new tires but I would have to remove the old ones and put the new ones on myself.

I recommend Brown Tire to everyone I know! My husband and I have been going to Brown Tire for several years. The mechanics are quick and do a great job. The cost for services are always reasonable and everyone there is very honest and down to earth. If there is an issue with your vehicle, Steve does a great job explaining the situation in detail and takes the time to answer all your questions. Kayla is always so nice and helpful. Recently, Brad helped point out to my husband a few sound concerns I had. He was very knowledgeable and did an awesome job explaining what was causing the strange sounds.
