Absolutely loved this hotel! Great location where a lot of tourist attractions are, room was clean and pretty, the view of the city and Revolution Monument was incredible, valets are here that park your car and bring it out for you, included breakfast was incredible, and the staff were super friendly. The only negative thing I have to say is that this hotel does not have a self serve laundromat. You have to pay them to wash and dry your clothes for you which is very expensive because they charge you per individual clothing item. There is a nearby self serve laundromat called "Aquamatic" a little bit to the north. I had to find that myself and between locating a self serve laundromat and actually going there, it was very inconvenient. Nonetheless this hotel was amazing.

An Enjoyable Stay at Casablanca Hotel in Mexico City
Rating: 5/5
I had the pleasure of staying at Casablanca Hotel for one night in late July 2023. The hotel's location, just around the corner from Revolution Square and within a hundred meters of Mexico City's main avenue, Paseo de la Reforma, was perfect for exploring the city's most famous landmarks, including the Revolution Monument, Angel of Independence, Diana the Huntress Fountain, and the Palace of Fine Arts. Public transportation stops for Metrobuses, trolleybuses, and tour buses were conveniently close by. The area also offered several Starbucks cafes, diverse restaurants offering breakfast and business lunches, pharmacies, the large Reforma 222 shopping center, and banks.
1. Check-in and Interior: Upon arrival, I reached the hotel three hours before the official check-in time. The staff informed me that my room would be ready in a couple of hours and kindly offered to store my luggage while I explored the hotel. Despite the delay, my room was still not ready at the official check-in time. However, one of the senior receptionists promptly solved the issue by upgrading me to a higher category room at no extra charge, which I gladly accepted. The room with a king-size bed featured ample workspace, a coffee machine, a sofa, and a TV with numerous channels. The staff was exceptionally friendly, courteous, and accommodating, and their fluency in English made communication effortless. The hotel boasted an aesthetic interior, and the rooms had a fresh and modern look. The rooftop offered an outdoor heated pool with a bar, providing a relaxing atmosphere.
2. Breakfast: Although my rate didn't include breakfast, it was available for a separate fee. The cost was $220 MXN per person, and guests could enjoy buffet-style dining also at any time, with a slightly higher cost of $250 MXN per person.
3. Wi-Fi Connectivity: The hotel's Wi-Fi was outstanding, with a consistent speed of around 100 Mbps, peaking at 170 Mbps. This reliable and high-speed internet connection made Casablanca Hotel an excellent choice for those who require fast internet for work/business or other needs.
Overall, my experience at Casablanca Hotel was delightful. The strategic location, attentive staff, modern amenities, and excellent Wi-Fi made it a memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers, and I look forward to returning on my next visit to Mexico City.

Great place to stay! Beautiful room, I loved brewing coffee in the morning

Found bed bugs on pillow and by the time I realized it was too late and I had bite marks all over my hands, neck and leg. At 2 in the night they changed us to another room but did noting to compensate for the worse experience at this place. Will not recommend to anyone. I hope the management gets better at the service and no one have to go through such horrible inconvenience.

Older hotel with dated furnishings. Poor customer service, there was a blood stain on my sheet and they offered me a free breakfast to make up for it. Really underwhelming experience overall, location is okay with the revolution monument around the corner but there’s not much around the hotel in the immediate vicinity in terms of restaurants and entertainment

Not recommend it at all, they make our stay in Mexico a horrible experience!! The first day we arrived, 2 of the 3 towels were dirty, the second day the bed sheets on my side were dirty and the third day one of the pillow cases had a stain on it. Also the second day we asked the receptionist if we can book a tour to xochimilco, that he informed us that he knows a company that he can sort it out and he requested us to pay in cash, saying that is included the price of the boats and tour, not only they offer us a tour guide but our driver didn’t even speak English, also they make us pay for the boat trip that supposed that was included in the price of the tour. As soon as we arrived at our hotel we requested a compensation that they rejected to give us, instead they said they can offer us one taxi drive that wasn’t even 1/3 of the price. In the end as they refused to give us our money back or at least the extra money that we paid, we agreed that they can offer us 2 taxi rides that we needed for the next day. For the first one, they arranged it on time but for the second one that was the drop off to the airport, even if we informed them for the exact time from the previous night and they requested to remind them 10 mins before that we did 30 min in advance they were late to pick us up with the danger to lose our flight. All these have been arranged from the receptionist Erwan.

Very good location, there’s a swimming pool on the roof top. The interior is a bit old fashioned but okeish. They offer late check out that was super convincing since I had late night flight. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room itself is small, cleaning is every day, providing 2 bottles of water and coffee bag. Oh and there’s a coffee machine. What I didn’t like - was breakfast. It’s sooo poor, the worst I had for all the travels in my entire life.
