This experience showcased how the Japanese are giving the French a run for their own money. Delightful and elegant French menu with perfect service. Enjoy a truly Michelin worthy meal overlooking the lush verdant palace grounds. Worth every penny.
I've just propose to my girlfriend and it was the most amazing atmosphere ever. This place is incredible under all aspects. The magnificent view on the imperial palace and garden makes a perfect frame for a dining experience one of a kind. You can choose between 1, 2, or 3 courses Menù, with wine pairing from the sommelier. (I suggest the 3 course menù, it was just incredible) The strength of this restaurant is the combination between regional and seasonal ingredients from the Japanese territory and the French cuisine. A lot of research has been put into the realisation of each plates, from the Amuse-bouche to the desserts, and the serving of each plate itself: the waiters were so well synchronised and nice beyond imagination. The price Is a one star Michlen, Ducasse restsurant.
We were given a table in the far back of the room without a view (the reservation was made a month ago).Looking at the same content in the previous review, I felt that foreigners' seats were assigned to corner seats. It was an unpleasant experience of racism in a place that aims to become the best restaurant in the world.
I think this restaurant should have more than one michellin star
Food was mediocre. We were given a table in the far back of the room without a view (The reservation was made a week ago.) Three different staffs came over to serve three people which was distracting, and in general, there seemed to be too many staffs for a rather small space. Also, if you’re not wearing a jacket, you’ll be asked to wear one of theirs. Overall a disappointing experience.
Superb service! It is indeed deserve to be in a Michelin guide. Well-presented, mouth-watering haute cuisine, meticulously prepared with great precision served by attentive staff.
I had the Asparagus inflamed asparagus from Provence sea urchin for the starter, the or Suzuki from Chiba and the Wagyu Beef for the mains; and the Rhubarb from Aichi. They are all excellent! I bet all those selections in the menu are all excellent! For the drinks, they have great selection of wine.
They provide complimentary appetizers and bread and coffee.
It has a great view as well.
Overall, it was an unforgettable experience! We don’t regret of celebrating our anniversary here tonight! We will go back again with or without an occasion to celebrate!

The whole experience was beyond my expectations. Especially the service quality was ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ and of course dishes were AMAZING!!
