It's hard to schedule a visit, when you finally manage to do that and come at the time it was scheduled for, you still have to wait in a humiliating line, then go through security, then get a ticket with a number and then wait again. Of course there are not enough chairs to sit on. Somehow this place is also full of crying babies. I hate this place.

YAY I GOT A PASSPORT

If I could 0 I would... No appointments online so try calling... No answer... Everyday for 3 weeks, even tried other departments.... Emailed nu. Erous times no replies.... Pathetic

Don’t apply here for a long visa.

If I could, I'd give them 6 stars for today. Went for my passport appointment, and when realising that my normal passport won't be with me in time, I applied for a temporary one. When lady who was serving me informed me that it would take another 30-45min before I can collect it but my train back home was in 40min. She went off and came back 5 min later with ready temporary passport and I could make it in time, she saved me over £100 what I'd have to spend to buy another ticket home. Thank you again lovely lady from till 4 🙏😄 have a nice day

I have been many time there. They are kind and helpful

Don't apply to here if you want a long Schengen visa. They are not powerful enough to give long visas. They gave me 3 months multi-entry. I changed my travel plans and applied to Spanish consulate with exactly the same conditions. I got a 2 years long multi-entry visa.
