Ice skating ring with a nice bar/bistro.

Enjoyable to skate with children and adults alike.a railing would be helpful for beginners, but the rink is used for hokey matches, so penguins might be fun and useful. The restaurant bar with the wide window overlooking the rink is comfortable and spectacular.

Great small ice ring (on lower size of IIHF rules) with nets around instead of plexi. It is more geared towards artistic skating, but with very decently maintained ice. It has long recreation sessions on weekends where they resurface in between.
You can rent kids skate helping items, skates and they also provide towels and brushes to clean your skates afterwards. This all comes with quite expensive entry fee.

Very cold ice rink! Of course, this way you're sure that the ice is of good qualtiy! :-) The building itself is a bit old but it's ok.
The men's room has weird doors which don't work very well. People who are skating can watch you peeing... :-P

Correct price for skating, renting skates, and drinks. A little dated infrastructure.

Little expensive if you cant skate, and the ice rink is smallest IIHF, but free skate schedule is just amazing. IjsCafe has decent drinks and also a lot of normal food (pasta, etc.), beside Belgian specials ;)
