Not good for teachers too... appoints teacher in some good salary n then asks to work in low salary...
N yes here teachers are hitting children...on there head not hard but yes they do...

I think being a child teacher is way more difficult as it doesn't require higher qualification but it requires a lot of patience. But in this school, teachers are punishing 2-3 year old kids. Putting pencils in between kids fingers and pressing it together until the kid cries. What kind of behaviour is this. Any parent does not want their child to be a Shakespeare at this age, we just want them to get a habit to go to school but because of this ill behaviour kids don't want to go there.
I am very disappointed. Before hiring any teacher at least check if they are capable of handling kids or not.
