We had our Son 16th Bday party here. 9-23-23 Everything was great....from the security to our bartender Anna.....she made sure what ever we didn't open we took home....I will always go to Grand Slam Banquet Hall first

I attended a function this afternoon and it was quite disheartening as to my interaction with some of the servers. The gentleman serving beverages was polite and amenable to meeting the needs of the clients.
The female server that played an integral role in making the family happy was rude. I witnessed her denying access to the family and friends who wanted to take there food with them. I personally observed her packing up three large trays to take for herself. She put on her coat and carted food out of the venue. Cajun shrimp, cat fish appeared to be her food choice. She refused to provide my husband with a container to pack my food that I could not enjoy as it was cold.
The taste of the food was good. More time needed to be utilized to properly warm the food. The managerial team would benefit from coaching the staff members were appropriate as to proper food etiquette.

Place is lovely. A little expensive but you are talking about Manhattan. Has elevator. The also have a small room for the host to put their things away.

Beautiful....love the female bathroom w the black crystal chandelier....that's what caught me....in awe...everything was fantastic as well

This banquet hall was definitely better than I expected. They even did the decorations for an additional cost of course. As you can see by the pictures below the decorations were very nice. They had adequate space for all of our guests and the bathrooms were gorgeous. Security was very professional and the space was extra clean. I would definitely recommend them for future events.

Lovely space, 2 Beautiful rooms. Great place for any type of event.
