Broadway Park

This place is great but only downside is that nobody is ever there in the morning to open it in time…

Oct.26th 2022. Gorgeous day!! Only a few more precious days to enjoy the park and the gates are locked!! What a disgrace!!!

Grew up in this neighborhood. This park was the best! Had alot of fun times here with friends.Good childhood memories.Always safe and always had fun things to do. Enjoyed the pool table inside the bldg. Loved playing handball,basketball and enjoying the park. Sat on the benches in the summer and relaxed. I remember Smitty back in the (70's-80's) who maintained the park.Although I am now a senior, I will never forget my wonderful childhood memories at Broadway Park!!!

Gotta nice little playground, volleyball court, handball court and tennis court. Basketball court floor is good but the hoops are awful, old and uneven. Doesn’t make sense because other nearby courts are in way better condition

Nice basketball courts, clean, plenty of benches, not much shade, parking wasn't too bad. (Street parking) Didn't notice any bathrooms.

No flag outside building.No excuse, play ground equipment is not the one in Google photo, cheap version, basketball court although painted well, was done by someone who does parking lots, you pitch basketball courts differently ( I was second in charge on a paving crew) baskets haven't been reset since the courts were built, no pads on double goal post witch are illegal, no net on one basket, tennis courts closed, saw a man drawing his on lines on volleyball court, have lived in the neighborhood since Park was built, have never seen it this bad

The cars available to the children were great and all the climbing apparatus was fun for the children.
