i wish i could give this place zero stars but that would be too generous. terrible place and the wait time was horrible and it took the hostess at least half an hour to notice my group and she always said "be right with you in a few!" what a joke...she was avoiding my group along with several other people and she should get fired. a lot of tables weren't being cleared and she would just look at the dirty tables and not do anything. clearly something is wrong with her. would not recommend this location

Absolutely zero awareness from any employees , walked in took 10 minutes for them to notice me and my group to get seated, ( there was no more than 7 people in the whole restaurant not including workers) .Then my group waited another 10 minutes for a server to come , i guess they were too busy to ask my table for drinks or menus after another 10 mins, because server was laughing with other table and other employees. The alleged server had zero communication, zero interaction, zero awareness about us after we were seated . Its like we we're invisible i couldve jumped up on the table and got naked and no one would've seen or said anything. This location has nasty disgusting upmost stubborn attitude and horrible incompetent employees if you can even call them employees. Very rude and unprofessional, servers follow eachother around like its a highschool classroom laughing and joking around laughing and smirking at everyone while taking forever to serve a menu . Let alone 10 minutes standing by front door waiting for someone to seat us. It was a friday evening no more than 7 customers in the entire buildingand very ignorant management . And they were not understaffed, atleast 10 or more employees and no more than 7 people eating , let alone my group . We saw employees in the back following eachother to clean tables while one talks to another doing absolutely nothing. Never go here stay away from here take your friends and family elsewhere.

Had previously been here for a p/u order. Got my burgers home to find out they screwed up the order. I called to let the manager know. They wrote my name down and said the next time you come in your same order will be on us. Stopped in there several months later. Sure enough they still had my name written down and kept their promise and gave me 2 cheeseburgers, no charge. Very impressed. Way to go manager!!! Highly recommended.

We ate here after a gig, so it was very late when we arrived. Instead of waiting for seating, we sat at the bar. The bar felt icky like it hadn't been cleaned well. The server was subpar, as if he was ready to go. The drink I ordered had a gnat in it. The server remade it with no problem... but still. Hopefully, this place is much better during the earlier hours.

Went to this TGIF with my two sisters on Saturday. We sat at the bar. No one offered us a menu for the first 10 minutes of being there. Only about 4 tables were being used, the waiters were off to the side talking and playing. When we finally got to order (I had fish and chips) the inside of my food was not fully cooked. One of my sisters order well done steak ( it was still pink inside). No one checked on us the whole time. Worst experience I ever had

Went here on Valentines Day and the atmosphere was absolutely amazing. They had a DJ and all and everyone was so sweet and vibed well. The server was absolutely awesome, he catered to all our extra additions to our food and made sure we enjoyed ourselves. The food was pretty good for a chain restaurant although I recommend getting grilled chicken for the alfredo pasta (the normal one wasn't that good) I wish I found out his name but overall for a chain restuarant, this location passed all vibes.

My wife and I ordered burgers medium rare. They came as ordered and service was quick. Gaige was our server and he was very good. We had a dessert that was good as well and I attached the pictures of it. They were slow to seat us but other than that good service
