The room quality & decoration are very poor, kind of old, damp! Furniture is not the same as shown on the web! Tv doesn’t work, AC does not work properly! No lift service though it was on the 5th floor! Really disappointing for the location, could be better!

Horrible place and the guy at the reception was unprofessional. There’s no lift and you’ll meed to get up to the 5th floor. Rooms were really old and shady. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone

The price was unexpectedly high ...I traveled to ctg for exam purposes and the rooms were all booked so stayed knowing the price. I got there at night 1 o clock then in the morning I kept the bags in the room and thn left for exam when came back bags were at checkout point and said i overclocked. They didn't even compensate!

It is one of the best hotels where everything is so good that once you visit you will be satisfied and you will want to go again and again.The quality of food here is very good, tasty and of good quality.

Don't go there if you don't want to waste your hard earned money. Absolute rubbish. Dirty washrooms and bad electric switches. Washroom walls are full of fungus. Still they charge like other premium hotels. Full of mosquitos. No tissue, wifi are provided. Only a bottle of mineral water. Above of all of these, they are not ready to accept their poor room and service quality. One has to climb 5th floor without any lift, which could be acceptable if their service were up to standard. Total waste of money. Please check the rooms before booking always, which regrettably I didn't do and suffered. Not recommended.

I could give 5 star rating if it had a lift!!
Almost everything of this hotel is satisfactory including the cost and facilities as well as home services.
It's on the 4th floor, so a lift is really necessary.
The location is the strongest point of this hotel.

Recommendation: Should provide mineral water bottle (2L) everyday.
