Returned items and wanted a refund done on the card used. They can't do refunds on a capitec card. All other stores can.Sales staff should tell customers before purchasing.

Shocking. Lady behind counter (evening of 10 Feb) had no ability or willingness to interact with customers. Not good for the store or brand. Will definitely rather spend my money on other surfing brands.
