Best spa in Shanghai! I’ve been to multiple locations and the certified Chinese Manual Therapist are great. I feel like a new woman after every appointment. They also ask whether you want a male or female during your booking…very professional!
Very clean and presentable place. The receptionist spoke good English (more than the basics) and they offer a few packages to choose from.
There is a bathroom to shower in, if you have walked a fair distance to reach this place.
The masseuse spoke very little English but she knew exactly what she was doing. Hitting the correct areas of the shoulder blades and thigh muscles for me were crucial.
They finish it off with a nice cup of tea. Wonderful.

A good massage (CMT) hitting the tired/ right pressure points, 60mins for RMB360. Professional, efficient, clean.
