Beautiful setting for an excellent spa session. Felt so relaxed and taken care.
Visited Cove spa for the first time and had such a nice experience. Friendly and professional service, nice atmosphere and enjoyed my Hydrafacial treatment. Big thanks to Chloe and her lovely team :)

Super disappointing birthday voucher experience.
PSA- don’t book in for the $140 lift lash. It can just be an eyelash tint with no dramatic lift at all until you’ve done it a few times. This possibility was not mentioned at booking and even if you don’t get what is advertised, there is no refund which surely is illegal.
Wasted time and money on what I hoped would be lasting effects.

I bought voucher for my partner's birthday to Cove Spa. She booked in on Saturday 28th and I've got covid symptoms and waiting for result. Partner tried to reschedule her appointment but receptionist Chloe literally told her "if she had to do it for her she would have to do it for everyone" really!! we're living in unusual times. What a company, taking money for no service.

Clearly I should have looked at other reviews before booking this gift for my partner as it appears your company has attracted quite a few other reviews from disgruntled customers for taking their hard earned without providing the service.
My partner's caution about coming in due to covid was responsible.
I note your reference to your costs but it appears clear to me that your policy to retain the full purchase price does raise questions.

Upon booking I was welcomed warmly over the phone & explained the services by the lovely Chloe. She confirmed with me the level of pressure I preferred & passed this on to my therapist.
Really enjoyed the massage, therapist ensured I was comfortable with all aspects. The facial was sooo good I embarrassed myself by falling asleep!
Very happy with my booking & highly recommend. Even picked myself up some gorgeous reed diffuser’s on the way out.

Just had the most incredible massage from the lovely Alana. Her touch is to die for. I feel so relaxed, de-stressed and loose - I can’t thank her enough!
Cove is honestly the most wonderful place. Everyone is so kind, caring and they all have the best/strong hands! The customer service and attention to detail is out of this world! Would highly recommend and I will continue to come back for my pamper sessions 😍
