Great wine selection, great service, great food! Our dogs were welcomed on the patio. Came good!

Cheese board was bad. Only 6 slices of very bland cheeses, mostly crackers and asparagus. Menu, music, drink, and location did not mesh.

The food and bev here are both outstanding. The truffle fries are out of this world. I'm so glad they have takeout, too, for when we can't get childcare but still need a fix. We're lucky to have dirty truth in town!

4 years ago, I would have agreed with many of the negative reviews - however, this place is now great!

After reading through reviews, yes - I would have certainly agreed with the poor service and over pricing... I had a couple bad experiences back-to-back and I was like - that's it. One was a way delayed request for a check (1 and a half hrs) and having a dish served covered in an ingredient that I stressed was an allergy when placing my order. That's just no good...
However, post-COVID, I gave it another shot and this place has improved for the better! Dirty Truth has the best cider rotation around. And the reserve list! Where else can you get a bottle of Little Pomona in western Massachusetts? I work in the cider industry and greatly appreciate that another local business is supporting the craft. There are also many local breweries on the beer list and national and international oddball brews that are fun to try. Last visit, I had the fried chicken sandwich and it was tasty! The server was also proactive and conscious about my allergies. I now regularly make visits and am happy this place is in downtown Northampton!

This place is fine if you’d like to get a beer and catch up with friends. Their donuts were also yummy.

They have a wide variety of beer which is good, and the atmosphere is also great. However their food....isn't so great. I would avoid the Bahn Mi and try more traditional american dishes like the burgers.

I had always wanted to eat here! I ordered the Breakfast Sandwich, and it was so good. The honey fig spread was a good touch. I ordered a side of Mac + Cheese that was very good. There is outdoor seating limited to an hour and a half. Reserve your spot before going!

Update: I took my best friend here for dinner, and we had the fried tofu burger and the fries with aioli. It was super good! I ordered sour which was super good! I forget the name, but they rotate anyhow so just choose one that sounds good!
