Visited SM Legazpi today and was impressed by the kind of shops thst are there as well as the cleanliness of the entire area. The mall has good stand-alone restaurants as well as food stalls in the Food Court.
Always traffic but has plenty of parking space, great deals, approachable guards and cashiers and a very cold place. Great restroom, always clean. It has different varieties of foods and drinks to choose from.
SM LEGAZPI, its ok for me not so crowded.
Transport terminal just infront of intrance & exit. Where ever you go town here in Albay, very easy to travel.

Photos at 3rd level and image view of Mayon Volcano at the SM food court area, which happen to be packed in seating. It was a Sunday
Great place to relax, eat and shop with a majestic view of the Mayon Volcano. The mall has a cinema at the 3rd floor. Food hall is also located at the 3rd floor. Supermarket at the 1st floor.

Lots of stores plus their food court has the best amazing view of Mayon Volcano. Friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable staff too. Nice parking area too.
