Tony in Service was excellent. Booked online and confirmed. Process was streamlined, picked up the loan bike. Returned to find my bike serviced, cleaned and fuelled. I paid half of what another brands dealer's charged. Very imimpressed with Duacti Sydney.
Visited the Ducati Shop for the first time. Great experience. Julien could not have been more helpful and ensured the gear I bought was safe and the right fit for me. Despite the shop being busy he was calm and attentive to everybody. The shop also served pizzas and drinks whilst you browsed at the bikes and was offering 20% off on merchandise. Excellent all round.
I had the pleasure to deal with Ducati Sydney Alexandria, what a delight they were from start to finish. Christine and her team did a wonder full job and i would definitely recommend them to anyone interested Great Job!!!
Super friendly staff but unfortunately after my bike was serviced there my motorcycle was badly damaged. Mr Craig Antliff (Aftersales Manager surprised me only with excuses and no aftersales support)
I haven given them time to fix the issues but after no support, I am happy to warn fellow Ducati riders.
I was assured by Mr Antliff that only soap was used to clean the motorcycle. Very obvious is the fact that we still find traces of an unknown cleaning product that stains metal. Very obvious that some corrosive and aggressive cleaning product used on engine cover to clean the massive oil spill.
I call myself very lucky that no right turns required before the bike was smoking and had to stop on the Harbour Bridge. We are all humans and make mistakes, but behaving in an arrogant manner and trying to put all that extra damage on your customer??? Really Mr Antliff ?
