Customer service is fast and innovative. Definitely recommended!

This was one of my saved places to go to.
We were finally able to visit September 2, 2023

Background:
The restaurant is located in a small plaza off of Sultana.

It appears that there's a renovation project taking place amongst the few businesses in there.

Due to the crowding of the businesses, there's limited parking.

The ambiance/decor of the establishment reminds me or Kudos. Instead of curtains, there are picket fence style sliding door, which are broken.

The wait staff was pleasant.

We sat in a booth, which has worn benches. The fabric was clearly worn off over time without any effort to make any upgrades.

To view the menu, one has to scan the QR code which is located on the wall.
If your phone doesn't have the latest operating system, you won't be able to view the menu.

After choosing what we wanted to order, we called the waiter over, only to be told that we also place the order from the QR code and WhatsApp.

So, we thought that was unique and innovative. Not!

Each time we tried to place our order using this process, only a half of the order showed, some of the items were doubled and it never went to the WhatsApp app.
Therefore, we had to go to the counter to place the order.

The food wasn't bad, but neither was it outstanding for anything never a 4 star 🌟 rating.

Some of the buns we were given were not fresh. It appears that they mixed yesterday's buns with the fresh ones that came that morning, idk 🤷🏽‍♀️

I just know some tasted fresh while some didn't.

Because the food is not worth the hassle of getting to the location, we won't be visiting again.

the pizza was mid however the carbonara pasta was basically just oil in a a bowl absolutely do not recommend in addition to that the mozzarella sticks that are clearly frozen took 20 minutes to be ready for only 5 pieces , staff was nice but not interactive all they did was serve the food and we never saw a menu handed nor did they come up to us to take our order . the only good things about this place is the decor and dessert although some words written in english were misspelled but overall i think it’s an okay place

Amazing food, good ambience and prompt service… the breads need a special mention. The coffee, although a smaller portion is a delicious roast. All breakfast needs get ticked in one place.

Awesome experience and the food is very delicious too. I visit this restaurant 4 or 5 times a month and i can tell that they are the best in madina..however there is only one problem the food takes long time to be served and I don’t mind to wait hehehehe. i love you all

We are Family of 8 always best place for breakfast in Al madinah I recommend food plate are more the enough and they provide wide variety of foods ..
Over all if you came to AlMadinah I really advice this place for you 👍🏻

This cafe provides varieties of food options I have difficulties in choosing! We ordered more than we should anyway, and the taste were all great! The soup, mac & cheese , and the grilled beef were among others, the great choice that we made. The deco inside the cafe was nuce & refreshing too, love it!!
