The Savoy

My husband and I had the most beautiful stay for his birthday. The service was second to none, the room and bathroom were beautifully clean and comfortable. We had exceptional cocktails in the bar in the evening and a wonderful breakfast in the piano room the following morning. Nothing was too much trouble, all staff are very friendly. A special thank you to Sally.

Incredible from start to finish! I was staying with my friend for her 40th birthday. What an amazing surprise on checking in to be told we were upgraded to the Savoy Suite! What a treat! The staff cannot do enough for you, and the extra touches are so appreciated, including Kaspar the cat and some Yorkshire Tea! Our butler was fantastic, and the whole weekend was like a dream! No wonder they are one of the best hotels in the world. Outstanding!

We went to savoy grill. The food was amazing. The staff were so helpful but be warned rd. £8.50 for 10 carrot slices and £23 for gin is very steep. Would recommend the food and experience but be warned there are hidden costs that you should be prepared for. Important question is would I go again

Had a lovely stay for two nights. We were upgraded to one of the suites with a river side view. Our butler service was very kind, helpful, and prompt. She brought us complimentary teas and coffees upon arrival. The rooms were lavish, functional, and luxurious. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have laid down on! I honestly could have stayed in bed the whole day! We enjoyed the American Bar and also had chance to dine at the Savoy Grill. Our breakfast was included too. Great service and experience with all the little details that make a guest want to come back!
