This is the first time I’ve ever had matcha and it was really good. I had the secret garden shhhhhhhhhhh 🤫 jk hahah. Bella and Jackie were so helpful. They describe the flavors so well. I really do feel like I’m drinking some kind of secret lol I will definitely be back to try some more yummy matcha. It felt like I was in matcha town with all these options. My oh my 10/10. Matchaful is keepin it a 💯 fs

Awesome service from Scott, Sophie and noil! Great drinks! Had the hot vanilla zen which was delicious. Great help with choosing one of their delicious grain free matcha granola. Would definitely visit again!

A good place for Japanese tea lover. Opted for iced hojicha with matcha brownie to go and it both taste good. Friendly staffs who really take the time to explain your options if you feel overwhelmed by all the choices available. Pastry is quite pricey but considering location in Soho, it is understandable. Wish there is more seating as there is only counter seats.

I'm a fan of both matchafuls. The creative lattes, such as the cacao dream, are healthy, smooth, and tasty. This specific branch is set up for takeout so not a place for reading; nevertheless a great find in Nolita.

The (matcha barista? is that the correct title?) recommended a couple drinks wince we were a bit overwhelmed with the menu. We enjoyed our drinks, a bit expensive but to be expected in SoHo

- 4/27/2023, Thurs: I stopped by the Matchaful in Nolita in NYC, on Mulberry St between Spring and Prince Streets in NYC, and tried the PB & Oats cereal and the Matcha Donut, both of which were very fresh, very organic natural ingredients, flavorful, healthy whole grains and nuts, and low in sugar. I think the donut is one of the best in NYC, and unusual in that it is healthy, and not loaded in refined sugar, but from more natural sources such as maple. I was impressed even the clear container of the cereal was more natural (compostable).
- PB & Oats: Energizing, gut-friendly, sugar-free - Ingredients: (*organic):*Macadamia milk, *rolled oats, *steel-cut oats, *inulin (Jerusalem artichoke), * vanilla, *monk fruit, crunchy peanut butter, *cacao nibs
- Matcha Donut - gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, refined sugar-free, ingredients (*organic):*sorghum flour, *almond flour, *baking soda, baking powder, *arrowroot, *psyllium husk, *coconut sugar, pink Himalayan salt,*homemade apple sauce, *vanilla extract, *lemon juice, *coconut oil, *cacao butter, *cashews, *maple sugar, Matchaful Hikari Ceremonial
Matcha, *black sesame seeds

The shop has a real beautiful design, everything is made with love and passion. But unfortunately it doesn’t even looks close to the pictures on their menu. I don’t know if this is the case because of having everything in take away boxes. The matcha brownie looks amazing, but the taste is just ok, a bit too dry inside. I had also a matcha latte with oat milk, which was OK and the matcha Mont Blanc, which was also just OK nothing really special, it looks actually better on the picture then it’s truly is. Overall you pay a pretty heavy price for the matcha you get. It was not worth the 24$. I also would prefer if you can order stuff without using all this take away boxes.
