Hiro Hibachi Express and Sushi

I ordered from grub hub. I got the chicken hibachi. The vegetables were not steamed very good. The miso soup was salty and very strong. The chicken was a bit tough. That same night I got a sore throat.

100% Halal sushi. Totally recommend their bento set. Worth the money.

Really nice Japanese restaurant with a large menu with variety of items. Best of all, the entire menu is halal. We enjoyed the NY strip steak fried rice and a few sushi rolls. There was a fireman roll that was delivered on fire! Cool presentation. All the rolls were really flavorful and enjoyable. Service was fantastic - staff was really attentive. Overall great restaurant.

Today I decided at the last minute that I would order up lunch, I hadn't had Hiro in a few weeks and I had hankering for it. Typically I get the lunch special that includes two meats, it's either going to be steak and chicken or steak and shrimp, today it was steak and chicken. It comes with a heaping side of rice, vegetables and they include yum yum sauce. My husband's usual is chicken and shrimp, though he has tried the salmon before and it was delightful. I place my order on the website, typically my husband would go and pick up the food but today would be my first time going. When I arrived the young lady apologized as she had not submitted my order to the kitchen. I can tell how apologetic and sorry she was about this mishap. She went out of her way to rectify the situation. That wasn't in a rush, I certainly wasn't upset, mistakes happen. My encounter with this young lady was a treat, I must say, her customer service was amazing and my customer's experience even with a mishap was a pleasure, I would give her a 10/10. My food came out piping hot. She sent me on my way with a complimentary soup and beverage which she did not have to do. I will keep returning as long as the food is good and the customer service is top tier.

Called the restaurant to ask a question about placing an order. Tried calling 4 times, no answer. That should have been my first sign to go elsewhere. However, I took a risk and continued to place my order online. I arrived at the restaurant and there were no customers there. Clearly the restaurant wasn’t busy so not sure why they didn’t answer the phone. I get back home and start to eat my meal. The crab rangoon roll was terrible. I get about 4 bites into my chicken hibachi, which had hardly any flavor, and pull a long black hair out of my mouth. I tried calling back to complain and of course, no answer! $60 down the drain! Not sure how this place has so many good reviews

This lunch here, this food is so good it makes you want to slap your mama, don't slap my mama, slap your own mama, lol. Good lord, the shrimp and the rice and the yum yum sauce. Don't make me come pick you up and take you over there.

Me and my husband are from Jonesboro, Arkansas. One of our favorite places to eat there is Hiro. We moved to Fort Wayne, In. 5 years ago and Haven’t found anything that even comes close until tonight in Fisher, In. We found a Hiro Hibachi Express & Sushi. The food was so, so, so delicious. And the service was even better. We have decided to make 1 night a month our date night here!

First time ever eating here😊 The staff were so sweet and the food WAS AMAZING😍🤤 I will ALWAYS come back here. I sent my fiance and I gave him a list of what I wanted. The lady that took my order was so kind and understood he had NO IDEA what he was doing🤣 Seriously 1 of my new favorite restaurants!
