Everything was so perfect the service the food we’ve ordered the chicken special. We’ve ordered to a lot of stuff and all was perfect. All was amazing. Service was very perfect thanks to “ Shiv “ amazing server with amazing attitude and assistance.

Service was good, atmosphere is nice. But the food is absurdly overpriced with small portions. The seasoning on the food was terrible, tasting either of salt or lemon. The food was 30m which is okay but we ordered appetisers so they'd come quick it came with the food. Food was served hot which was nice but felt rushed which is understandable since we came close to closing hours. Only complaint is food, felt undercooked and rushed with no flavours. Would not come again

The restaurant is really overpriced. The plate of mix grills in the photo is about 300 sar, small water in a plastic bottle was 10 sar. Some items from the menu were not available. And Indian staff were shouted to each other in their language across the restaurant. And the music inside was noisy. Will not visit this place again

The food is delicious here. Lamb chops and mix grill platter was very nice.

This is my second visit. I'd say they don't disappoint me. The bread is great for my taste. The cheese pizza i find is well made and seasoned. Definitely one of the place that I would come back to find Arabic authentic breakfast.

I am a regular customer to Awani. I have dine in Dubai branch also Riyadh takhsossi branch. Both were always great. But unfortunately, Al Nakheel Mall branch was beyond huge disappointment. First of all, the dishes were really too smelly (fishy smell). We had to ask the waiter to change them several times before we could use one. Second, the food wasn't that good nor tasty. We ordered cheese rolls, chicken Cesar salad, vine leaves fetta, and mixed grill. We had to return the vine leaves fetta because it really tasted horrible. The rest was okay but not great as usual.
To our surprise, when we asked for the manager to complain about this issue, he treated us with anger and frustration. After all, I guess the customer happiness is your aim!
Nevertheless, we decided this won't happen again, and sadly Awani is off my favorite list from now on. Won't give it a visit again.
