The hotels stay was fantastic.
Local tour and transport was very well managed. Drivers, guides and other support staff were helpful and really professional. Pluto staff provided detail guidance where ever needed and they were absolutely great with communication even during the tour to take care of utmost details of trip.

I am still in the process of inquiring, but already poor service. Yesterday, I called, and after 3 attempts dialing the 2 mobile numbers provided on the website, they answered. I sent the requirements needed thru WhatsApp and email, but until now no feedback from the team as promised. Then, again today I called and spoke to Ms. Sapna, and whilst on the phone she told me she will check with the team and then told me to stay on the line but the call got disconnected. And, yes...she never called back! 😜
