Just had an amazing deep tissue 30 min massage. Couldn't move my neck this morning, but feeling so much better now.

Our massages were suppose to be 1 hour & $140 . When we arrived they didn’t give my guest any instruction that we had to remove our clothes & lay on the massage bed. My lady began & didn’t say anything before starting, she was extremely gentle so I asked if she could apply more pressure. She responded “$10 more if you want harder”. I ask if someone else could do my massage. The next lady was sweet & did a great job but they continue to up charge. For oil there is a regular (included) option & $10 options such as coconut, ginger etc. They did the sports massage on my guest without asking & also added coconut oil without telling him it was extra. The entire experience felt like a sales pitch & we didn’t feel relax at all. We tipped $40 for both massages. Our total came out to $193 which is upsetting because it did not feel like a wonderful calming experience more so a rushed just trying to get money out of us experience.

I appreciate on their action specially a manager "Betty" she attend me and resolved the issue nicely which i faced on my first visit and compensate against extra 30 minutes service from which i impressed. Thanks to Betty and the owner of Sarah Massage. I would recommend it now to anybody.

So far manager were very nice with great communication skills but her staff doesn't know English and during massage she went out twice and wasted time, i complaint to manager and she apologized on behalf of her staff who even haven't provide full body massage and told time is up... now the manager given me a 30 mins free gift card i will try it again today now let's see what will happen today.

Linda is excellent massage therapist. Very friendly and enjoyable. .I have had many great massage from other people. None compare to her .my body was stiff when I came to her. When I left. No more stiffness. Amazing. Thanks again for your help 👍

Went on a whim for full body massage, love how easy it is to book same day appointment. The location is great, next to Pike Nursery, the place is clean and the ambience is relaxing. The staff is very welcoming, they do not have dedicated receptionist, but they advertise their pricing on the front desk. They accept variety type of payments but unfortunately they would ask you to tip by cash only ( they should add this on their website, luckily I have some bills that day ) The pricing is very affordable and I am very happy with the therapy technique and pressure I got ( I am used to having Asian style massage which normally has strong pressure, so it's up to my alley). I know tipping is really up to your opinion about the service, but massage therapist really do work hard, they used up good amount of energy to deliver and give us relief to our body. So thanking them by giving 15% -20 % from the massage price is adequately justified to my opinion (money well spent). I will definitely be back and recommend this for any bargain hunters out there who likes using Groupon, their pricing is competitive to Groupon and their massage quality is good too.

Me and my husband have been coming every week for several months now and it’s consistently good. The place is very clean, beds are comfortable, the massage is incredible, the staff is super friendly. Love this place!
