The table was not clean. The service was too slow and after getting our drinks the main ingredient was not included because it is out of stock. And we didn’t get informed about it while taking the order. Very bad experience

Disrespectful Staff and Subpar Coffee Experience at Starbucks
I just visited the Starbucks located on Morocco mall and I must say, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I walked through the entrance , it was evident that the staff had little regard for customer service and professionalism, resulting in a disappointing visit.
First and foremost, the level of disrespect exhibited by the staff was truly appalling. Instead of providing a welcoming and inviting atmosphere, they were obnoxiously laughing loudly amongst themselves, seemingly oblivious to the presence of customers. It was disheartening to witness such unprofessional behavior, as it created an uncomfortable ambiance for those trying to enjoy their beverages or get some work done.
To make matters worse, while I eagerly awaited my coffee, one of the employees was engaged in a personal phone conversation right behind the counter. Not only was this incredibly rude, but it also demonstrated a complete lack of consideration for customers who were patiently waiting. It is simply unacceptable for staff members to prioritize their personal affairs over providing efficient service to paying customers.
Regrettably, the quality of the coffee itself was far from satisfactory. Despite being a Starbucks regular and having certain expectations for taste and consistency, I was left utterly disappointed. The coffee I received was undeniably bitter and lacked the smoothness and flavor that I have come to associate with the brand. It was evident that little care was taken in the preparation, leaving me wondering if the staff's lack of attention and focus had a direct impact on the final product.
Overall, my experience at this particular Starbucks location was marred by disrespectful staff members, excessive noise, and a subpar coffee experience. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and implements measures to ensure a more pleasant and customer-centric environment. Until then, I would caution others to consider alternative coffee shops where professionalism and quality are given the attention they deserve.

Das war mit großem Abstand der schlechteste Kaffee, den ich je in Marokko getrunken habe. Schuld ist angeblich die Maschine. Nicht empfehlenswert...

Make sure you pay with card as they are always short of change. Poor customer service, and one staff was very rude. Starbucks in Morocco should train their employees better.
