We love Splash Works. Our only complaint is that the drink station next to Pizza Pizza never ever has ice. We have gone several times this summer and not once have they had ice.
It's basically high school kids running the entire park so not surprised at all.

One hand doesn't know what the other is doing there because Splash Works, despite being located IN the St. Mary's Quarry, is not affiliated with them at all. So be sure if you call with questions that you're speaking to the right people. If they tell you that you don't need a reservation, you do. It's often sold out and it can be quite a drive home with disappointed kids if you don't buy in advance. I would even suggest calling the day before to ensure they have your reservation because, despite having one the second time we tried to go, it wasn't on file when I called the day before.
It can be really frustrating to figure it all out, but it is a lot of fun when you're on the inflatables and everyone had a great time.

The rides are great. Just show up early for short lines. Definitely gets busier after 3pm. The highlight of our stay here was Jessica at the Fish and Shrimp Sandwich place (@ 16:00 today) though. She greeted me and my wife with a big smile and was one of the most pleasant employees I have met since being at Wonderland this week. Definitely deserves a promotion because she has the skills. One of our highlights!

Splash Works at Canadas Wonder land is a great place to spend half a day with the family. If you have a seasons pass it’s definitely worth popping in a few times a year to get cooled down and enjoy the older slides.
To me an update is needed to bring this park back to its original glory but it’s still not a bad time.

Extremely crowded on weekends. Good waterpark, a bit small but bigger than other waterparks nearby like Wild Waterworks, Bingemans and the African Lion Safari waterpark. I personally prefer Wet'N'Wild, as it has more variety and is larger. Really hope the 2024 expansion will breathe new life into it, and help regulate the issue of crowds.
Overall, a decent waterpark but probably one of the worst in the Cedar Fair chain.

SplashWorks and Wonderland offer fun-filled escapes, but crowd management needs a boost. Excessive bustle drains the joy from the experience. Expect more time jostling in queues than splashing or riding. Less thrill, more chill!

Unbelievably crazy crowded (at least at summer weekends), with few slides, the water park closes early at 4 or 7 (depending on the day, better to ask), and no shades or covers to protect against the burning sun while waiting for hours in insanely long lines. Also, the pool has no waves and is crowded to the point that you can just stand in the water! Early hours on weekdays might be better. A "large" locker (for a mid-size backpack) is $33, which is OK if you can find an empty one on the app on a crowded day.
