I bought a cleaning robot in May… and it wouldn’t work (a lemon) they tried to fix it two time and still didn’t work. I felt bad showing up there all the time. But they went on and beyond the reassure me. And they replaced it. Shiat happens … and they made it right. That’s my best place to go 😊

Service was called for a hot tub pump. The tech not only came and went without fixing the problem but didn’t seal the manifold causing a leak into the tub interior. There is now water all over the electrical components. After several calls the front desk told me that the tech had quit and they are canceling the follow up repair while offering to refund me for the initial visit. (To be clear: one rep told me the impeller was fixed, one said it wasn’t) Upon asking a follow up from anyone in service I was told that they aren’t available. I have dealt with this company for a couple years with pool supplies and am frustrated and disappointed with the handling of this case. And while I’ve made an effort to support local businesses, the lack of accountability will lead me to use a larger business with more problem solving ability.

Worst service from Chris, took our money with the worst and rude service afterwards

My kids haven’t been able to use the pool almost all summer and we finally got the matter dealt with from another company.
We have been customers for over 10yrs, with services/Maintenance and more

If you want to get ripped off Chris is your guy
Better just to hire Myself and deal with the issues

Amazing and friendly customer service. Always willing to help. My go to for liquid chlorine. Price has gone up drastically though since they needed to switch suppliers due to supply chain issues. Hopefully they can get the price down for liquid chlorine again as it's just too expensive there now. Apparently they do pool maintenance and installs as well. I can only speak for in store experience.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff that are always willing to assist. Have been using splashworks pool and spa centre for my pool needs for several years now, travelling in from outside London. Wide range of products available and Kim H. Is very helpful in recommending the right steps to keep my pool clear. Highly recommend

Brought a water sample here for the first time, service was quick and friendly. Lauren was a great help and recommended what I needed, didn't try and sell me a bunch of things.
Will definitely be using Splash Works from now on!
