Amazing co-working space. Staff were 💯 friendly and reliable. Neat and organized too.
Great place to work at that has amazing ambiance and view. Even has areas perfect for stress relief when you are too overloaded with work and hospitable employees that are always ready to accommodate you when in need at work
We are extremely happy with our decision to rent our office from OBC. Very helpful and accurate people, well managed and outstandingly friendly personnel.
Pricing is definitely fair and the extras are nice (how relaxing to end a work day or a break with a game of snooker :-)).
The location is excellent, close to DMCC metro, many restaurants are close-by (three actually in the building). All in all exactly what we had been looking for.

Good location in JLT with a bus stand nearby. Staff and building employees are very helpful and polite. I haven't had any disrepencies in last few months. Clean and well maintained all over.
It’s our 2nd year and we are loving the place even more. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, Very COZY, spacious, clean and convenient place to work.

The coworking place helped me separate my personal life from my work life making it easier to focus when it's time to work and easier to disconnect when it's time to relax.
The company's space gave me a chance that anyone i meet has at least somewhat similar interests and directions in their life which is a good icebreaker and a good way that has helped me form new friendships as part of the coworking community
The company's coworking space gave me an address to give to my clients and a place to meet with them that isn't my home address.
The place exposed me to alot of different businesses, industries and inches. The office buildings are more isolated but the coworking space opened up the doors to meet and chat with alot of different people.
In general the company's coworking space allowed me focus entirely on my business itself and less on running an Office building.

COVID 19, a true pandemic or some people consider it a world war 3, with thousands of fatalities and the rest of humanity exposed to the virus.One Business Centre has outshone and proven itself for its splendid customer service, professionalism and dedication to operate the centre even in such hard times.

I am grateful to the staff who have risked their lives during this pandemic and continued to provide uninterrupted services with profound professionalism to it's clients..
