The room was spacious and clean. The air conditioning was nice. However, the rooms were quite noisy. We were awakened by the glass bins being emptied early every morning and by people in the hallway. On the last day, we wanted to leave our luggage in the storage area offered, but this was not possible. The storage area is a cleaning closet, and apparently, luggage cannot be stored there for safety reasons when cleaning is needed. We found this to be very disappointing, as they offer it as a service and even charge money for it. As a result, we had to walk through the city with our luggage to find another place for them for the day.

The hotel is very centrally located, which makes it easy to walk everywhere. There are also plenty of nice places to eat in the same street.

Lobby in shambles, construction works without prior notice, one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had with a hotel. Using deception to basically rip you off, and zero accountability. Avoid at all costs.

This was one of the nicest hostals I've ever stayed at. And I've stayed at many. We were a family of 5 and the room was new, clean, and spacious. The desk staff was really nice and helpful. There is a lot of street noise, but I suppose that's what you'd expect in the middle of the city. Great location!

What an incredible location. From the chill rooftop you can enjoy the view of the incredible cathedral tower. The rooms are super clean and each one of the staff is friendly, kind and helpful. They will give you the best tips of where to eat and trust me you will eat a lot here. The best restaurants are around the corner. What more do you need. Jummmmmmy😋

Room was dirty and mattresses sagged. No top sheet provided; bottom sheet was not clean. Flat lumpy pillows, and blanket was falling apart. Most beds did not have outlets; just one power strip in the middle of the room. The rooms are cramped (6 people in a room for 4). WiFi is very slow.

The hostel is in two buildings, with one being much nicer (newer) than the other. Some bathrooms had no soap and no hot water. By day two, the bathrooms did not have toilet paper, and housekeeping did not refill it. The kitchen is disorganized and dirty, and it does not have basic items like a colander, oil, or salt. Breakfast is very basic; the toaster, water kettle, etc are never cleaned.

The only nice thing here is the location and the terrace, but the terrace closes relatively early at 23:00. Would not recommend. Spend €1-2 more and get a nicer hostel nearby.

I only stayed for one night but what a beautiful and well located spot!! The staff is lovely and very helpful. I loved having breakfast on the rooftop terrace with a great view. The bed was a bit noisy but that's the only tiny issue I had. Also there was a modern bathroom just for the room of 6 girls I was in.
I will definitely stay there again! great value!

Met a really awesome couple from Germany here, who showed us around when we went to Hamburg. The rooms are unlike shown in the photos here. The cleanliness was good, dorms were clean, beds were cozy. Not far from the city centre. Not a bad place to stay for a day or two. Or three.

Of all the hostels/airbnbs we stayed at during our European trip, this was by far one of our favorites! The location is just perfect, located right in the middle of a busy street filled with restaurants/taverns and a very short walk to this town's wonderful attractions!

We made many friends while staying at this hostel, some we still stay in contact with and have visited us in the states! The staff is friendly (well, most of them). One girl kept "shushing" us one night even though we weren't even very loud. We asked some of the hostel guests the morning after to see if we were loud and every one said they didn't hear anything from us. Anyway, whatever.

They have nightly paella dinners for 5 euros and also unlimited sangria for 5 euros more. It's a great way to socialize with the other guests here too! We also did the free walking tour, which was really cool. So much history in this town!

The beau and I had the private room with a double bed on the top floor so we didn't really have any issues with noise, other than being next to the roof top patio where we could hear people hanging out but it wasn't bother us. There are two bathrooms on our floor and both were very clean. The room itself was also very clean. There's an A/C unit in there if it ever gets too hot. Kitchen usage was simple, we cooked breakfast one night, just went down to the convenience store down the stairs and bought some groceries. Some of the restaurants are too expensive for what they serve, so just go to the store and buy some food and save some money! There are plenty of lounging areas in this hostel, so check them out!

The roof top patio is absolutely gorgeous and a perfect place to hang out, relax, chill or whatever. During the day you can hear all the hustle and bustle of the restaurants down below.
