Sama Tower

I lived there for a year, the place is very clean, services are excellent, parking is present, security and service men are polite and helpful, the tower is near to everything, totally everything you look for in a living place is present there.

I am rider I was go at sama tower I park Bick at parking area for few minutes and security gard say me park there side according to him.when I away from Bick some management staff there he barking at me removed your bike I requested sir I need 5 minutes .but him attached it's not a hume been.i say sir my delivery in this tower he say I don't care you remove bike for her you go out from here.i don't know what I say about him

Entrance from behind. Not crowded. Clean and Nice place

Had been to this bldg. for a business meeting, parking can be an issue but you can get behind the bldg. there are a few spaces. Toilets are smelly. Yuck. Don't go, use the facility at some other clean place.

Amazing tower located in the heart of Dubai. Very well maintained and easily connected. Very near to the metro station and trade center. Parking is a bit of a issue as it's very crowded and you will need to drive around for a bit to find one. Good restaurants near by and very decent crowd.
