A living nightmare… The construction noise never ends and the management does not care. We work at night and every morning at 8am drilling, hammering and other power tools right outside the bedroom window are going full blast making 90db noise, which on its own is a dangerous level, we are unable to sleep and the management has offered no solution, no timelines on when it will end and no offer to compromise or compensate us. Avoid at all costs…
AVOID THIS BUILDING!!! ENDLESS CONSTRUCTION NOISE!!! After repeated complaints the noise level is at 70-90 decibels very early in the morning and causing families lack of sleep especially pilots, nurses and those who need to rest during the day.
I lived here for about 5 months before leaving and it has been a nightmare of an experience. One of the biggest issues is parking. They have sold out the lower parking floors to valet parking to make more money off of their own residents. We had to go up and down 8 floors in the parking garage with narrow ramps and tiny parking spaces. They DID NOT mention any of this when we first moved in which I think is very dishonest. Also prepare to lose A LOT OF YOUR DEPOSIT to bogus charges like “deep cleaning”. Overall, the management only cares about their own benefits and doesn’t have the best interests of the residents in mind.

Day & night construction - literally no care of remorse for the tenants staying in the building even on a Saturday! Absolutely ridiculous- this is not how one can live peacefully around here. UNPROFESSIONAL AND ABSOLUTELY UNHELPFUL MANAGEMENT - do yourself a favor and do not move here.

Lived here for 4 and a half years. Great apartment layout, a really spacious kitchen, Great location, very centrally located 5 minute walk to the Word Trade centre metro station, Mini Carrefoure below, pharmacies, great coffee shops and restaurants below.. Most importantly the Management, security and maintenance team were very helpful, and efficient during our entire stay. Thanks to Mr Reyam, Melissa, Bruna, Ellen and the Team for always being approachable and fixing any issues during our stay.
Really happy with the building. It's the small things that make a big impact, you never have to wait for an elevator, the lights work on al
motion sensors, the gym and the pool are well equipped and taken care of... The apartments themselves are quite modern with big layouts.
The staff and the maintenance personnel are very efficient and effective. Specially Regine, who has gone above and beyond to help whenever she can!
