BED BUGS!!!
I had the worst experience ever! please avoid this place! There were bed bugs in beds, woke up with bug on my pyjama and multiple bites on my wrist!!! Owner doesnt speak English and property agent wasn't available to report the issue! I had to find another place and chemically washed all my belonging, I wasted all day!
after few hours agent called me and occused me of bringing the bugs with me! at the end that was all my fault! he didn't listen explanations that whole bug nest with eggs was in the back of the bed! He advised me to wait 2 weeks before reporting it to rbnb, of course after 2 weeks rbnb would not accept my claim, PLEASE stay away!!!

Sehr saubere Wohnung. Mit allem was dazu gehört. Küche mit allem ausgestattet, sauber u funktionsfähig. Vermittlungsagentur schneller kontakt via mail in gutem englisch. Betreuerin der whg hat alles erklärt. Nähe zur Altstadt war super. Gleich dahinter großes einkaufszentrum. Auch wenn es nur ein Schlafzimmer mit richtigen bett (für uns zu weich), war dafür das Schlafsofa im wohnzimmer mit klimaanlage und zugang zum balkon genau richtig. Vom straßenlärm hat man nix mitbekommen.
Das einzige was ein Problem war, dass es keine Heizung in der wohnung gibt. Mit der klima konnte man heizen, aber leider nur das wohnzimmer, für das schlafzimmer, küche, flur hat das nicht gereicht.
wir würden die whg wieder nehmen.

Potrei ma non voglio
Attirati dal punteggio altissimo, il primo impatto buono. Ampio, spazioso, vicinissimo al centro, economico.
Poi dopo qualche attimo arrivano i ma.
Tra una stanza e l'altra ci sono mini scalini. Nessuno ti dice nulla. Al terzo giorno ho imparato a non inciampare.
Il bagno. Piccolo, Mini specchio da ostello, e boiler che esaurisce acqua calda dopo prima doccia. La lampadina x lo specchio l'ho trovata il 4 giorno nascosta dietro lo stesso. La TV non funge nè ci sono istruzioni. Ovviamente nessun welcome pack, nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua. Finestre danno su strada e non sono insonorizzate. Fortuna avevo i tappi. E infine ho chiesto 2 stanze da letto invece una era un soggiorno con divano letto. Non ci siamo peccato. Basterebbe poco, tipo imparare almeno l'inglese nell'accoglienza. E invece google traslator e tanta fantasia.
