Probably fraud. I ordered an item which was sent with postNL. All of a sudden, the package was "lost" and "unfortunately" there was absolutely no way to fix the issue without canceling my order, even though I asked more than once not to do that. I ordered an item with a huge discount. Found out they had a price error on the website, so I assume, they realized their mistake and want me to spend a 100 bucks more than I would actually have to. 10/10 do not recommend.
Very fast shipping (ordered Sunday at 5pm, shipped a few hours later), communication was also good! Had the lowest price for the items I was buying.
Toppy is just the best - their selection is good, their prices are fair, shipping is SUPER fast, and when you need help then they REALLY shine. I'll always look if I can get it first with them. 10/10.
Disappointed by the way they handled the purchase of a cool box. During the delivery, the package got lost and since we got a reduction due to special circumstances - they couldn't send us a new version of the product even though they were able to do so. They offered us a five percent reduction (after two weeks), in comparison to the fifty percent reduction we used to have. As you can imagine, we have started looking somewhere else.

I received a wrong product, much cheaper than the one i payed for. I tried to call, but nobody answers the phone. I send email, but to find the email address i had to look in the terms and conditions as it isn’t mentioned on the website. I send message through the website, but I wasn’t copied with it so I don’t know if this was sent.
I tried to make a return label, but this didn’t work for a whole day. The following day i was able to create a return label, but it wasn’t with the correct courier. I had to email again and request a return label with the right courier service. At this moment the package is still not picked up and i am writing more emails.
So far it has been a very bumpy experience and i was just hoping to use my new jacuzzi at this point.
