Great little hidden gem. Nice to try something from a lesser-represented part of the culinary world. The laghman is really good and, as other reviewers mentioned, portion sizes are very good.

OMG , I just had an amazing lunch in here , we had Uyghur Langman. Samsa,And Polo ,Sheep feet , which is new on the menu. Love the foods in here , Prices are very reasonable and dishes are testy . Service is also great . Will definitely visit more often

Having lived in Xinjiang province in early 1990s I’m very familiar with this type of food and was looking forward to trying this restaurant / not easy to find outside Xinjiang. It fell shot : lamb shank wasn’t crispy or cooked enough - kebabs weren’t seasoned in traditional manner and naan was more like trader joe’s reheated on stove definitely not from clay oven. Service was attentive albeit forgetful at time. Menu had nice options - cold cucumber fish was good as was cold chicken - noodles were subpar.

I'm not so sure about these high ratings. I've had Uyghur Cuisine before in China and thoroughly enjoyed it. I can't say the same about this place. Service is something to be desired as well. We asked for an extra plate, but instead got for bowls...which we definitely didn't need. they didn't have enough glasses for water, so ended up handing out plastic cups.

~ Eggplant With Mashed Garlic - 2/5
I don't know what happened here...This was no bueno! The eggplant dish was odd. Almost like having diced raw eggplant; chopped up raw eggplant Salad is the best way I can describe this.

~ Big Plate Chicken - 4/5
Talk about generous portions! This dish was massive, not as many noodles in there though. We ended up ordering another extra side of noodles. The chicken was good, but they served all sorts of extra pieces, like the neck...not used to eating such parts. It did have some good flavor.

~ Polo - 3.5/5
Maybe the kitchen had an off day? The beef dish was bland, lacked flavor or spices. Good size portions tho...

~ Braised Lamb Shank With Naan - 5/5
The Lamb Shank was excellent! Great flavor, cooked to perfection, just fell off the bone...not gamey at all!

~ Dumpling - Beef with Celery (10 Dumplings) - 3/5
Dumplings were just mediocre, nothing really to it. Had a of a tough exterior.

Perhaps we went on an off day...

I would recommend the lamb wrap, it’s flavorful and refreshing.
The big plate chicken with noodles is slightly below my expectation. I’ve been to the north-west of China, I know how it tastes. This dish here is a bit light to me, I expect the sauce/broth to taste much stronger and more flavorful. Overall it’s still delicious, not to be picky.

Samosa 烤包子 - 6/10. Needs salt and sugar.
Special Milk Tea with Butter - (8/10) slightly sweet
Big Plate Chicken - 8/10. Noodles need a little salt but overall good.
Dogap Drink with Sour Cream (4/10) - Flavorless
Lamb Kebabs 羊肉串 - 8.5/10
Braised Lamb Shank 烧羊腿 - 8/10. You get a huge shank that melts in your mouth with amazing flavors. Not gamey at all.

Order off a qr code at the table, menu is online, requires everyone who wants to view the menu to sign in unfortunately which was annoying. Parking is located in the back of the restaurant, one handicap spot in the front. Lot is shared with the catering service and the fireplace store next door. We ordered the salsa, lamb kabob, lamb wrap and chicken wrap. The wraps come 2 wraps per order on top of 2 naans per wrap. There was a nice pickled vegetable combo under the meat, the vegetables included jalapenos . The lamb kabob was spicy. Overall food was great, just spicer than expected.
