An easy go to place. Large variety. Very popular because of their massive advertising campaign.

A great place to shop for almost anything related to the home, tiles, baths, taps showers etc,

Worst tile store. Shocking that nobody even comes to ask you to be assisted.
No smiles. They might be a little cheaper than other stores, but I went to a slightly more expensive store where I received excellent service. Will never shop at CTM due to poor service

Very helpful staff. Our contractor bought the mosaic tiles we chose and our shower looks awesome.

Very poor service. Staff stand at the entrance next to despatch and show no interest in assisting the customer. Laid back, dont care attitude

Tiles I bought were not in stock. Tile were sourced from another branch. Was kept me updated on the arrival. Very happy customer.
