I agree with many other comments. The space is relaxing and the staff friendly, helpful and efficient. However the food and beverages need to improve. Even a simple pot of tea was one of the worst ever - a tasteless tea bag in warm water. And a teapot that spilled the pale water over the table. Food is over-priced and not fresh. Pity as the space is welcoming.

The grand courts were most amusing. The are located on the right side as you enter the gallery.

Food is absolutely awful, tiny servings, bland taste and simply microwaved and sold for an exorbitant price. Lounge is nothing to write home about either, I preferred the old one. Wonder why I even bother paying for membership these days..

My family has been using the members lounge for over 15 years. This new incarnation is a vast improvement. The architecture and decor is a much improved. The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent.

Have to agree with other comments. Very expensive, noisy and no longer feels like a members lounge. Don't know how they can call the prices 'member pricing' when you pay $4 just for a coffee and the food is all very dear too and not that appealling.

A beautiful space, but a poor experience. Majority of breakfast items were unavailable soon after opening time (yes, a busy time of year, but not ordering enough to cater for that?) ... the online food-ordering system takes too long to use ... then (according to staff) it had "another error", meaning half our order didn't arrive until we asked for it.
I've heard similar from other recent visitors. If the processes worked better this would be a great place to visit ... I hope they get their act together.

Open, sterile and uninviting. Just another way to extract $$, and it's not cheap either. No more complimentary tea or coffee for members. You would think that the least they could do for paying members is provide a welcoming relaxation space with serve yourself tea/coffee and biscuits. Much preferred the old members lounge, will not be patronising this new one at all.
