Convenient with decent pricing but no credit card payment is available and minimum additions to an already purchased card are high. Lots of the system is still pretty manual. It feels like they’re about ten years behind the other train systems in the city.
If you are staying at a hotel near any of the stations along this line, it is the best way to get into the city. We paid THB 40 each to get from the airport to Ratchaprarop station, which was about 200m from our hotel. The train is clean, quiet and runs on schedule.
Hassle free transport from Bangkok (BKK) Suvarnabhumi Airport to Bangkok City (Phaya Thai) at 45 Bhat/pp instead of paying around 300-500bhat for the Airport to City taxi.

It’s been years. It’s good to back to Bangkok since 2018. What a wonderful feeling arriving here. All memories are back and time to enjoy Bangkok again.
I loved the ART rail system. Although only a few stops, is faster than the traffic on the highways (you see that you are passing them). The views are spectacular. The cars are clean and well maintained. The pricing is excellent and the staff very friendly.
One of the best things in the airport lol. Don't get me wrong. It's super convenient and fastest way to the city.

It is a well maintained airport but there are certain issues like cleanliness of restrooms and inefficient crowd management. There are very less food outlets for vegetarians except Seven Eleven stores. Otherwise it's a nice airport with friendly staff.
