First time choosing Europcar rental (Zurich Airport) - so far the best experience. Reserved prior arrival with an additional insurance via the application. The process of receiving the keys was super fast (not more than 10 min, although there was no queue at that moment). Excellent service. Got an unexpected free upgrade upon arrival - instead of Compact class car got a brand new SUV + Navigation for free.

One of my best experience in car renting, from Day one when we arrive to Zurich airport the employee was very professional and polite, the car was new and as expected the return Hanover was smooth, easy and fast.
Not to forget the price was reasonable and I highly recommend Europcar Zurich airport.
Thank you all for making my journey beautiful.

I have rented a car from Europcar in Zürich airport many times, and every time the agents are super helpful and kind! During my last rental, Tomi was very helpful both with the car and recommended some nice areas to travel to.

My first time using Europcar in Switzerland and I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and quality of service provided by Sunny, particularly during peek season. It was an easy process and all explanations were patiently provided, car was great (Skoda) as well. The return was more impressive whereby Sunny remembered customer names and walked me through all procedures for return. Highly recommend.

For some reason my reservation through a third-party booking engine was nowhere to be found and I stood at the counter with nothing but a confirmation number. The agent was friendly and helpful and although it took an hour or more altogether I had a good experience: No immediate solution for my problem was available other than making a new reservation at walk-up prices but he found a car for me in the correct category and once I had a second reservation in the system I was on the way quickly because he set things up parallel to my phone calls.
Afterwards I contacted the booking website and they had an internal confirmation from Europcar as well, so the reservation computer fault was likely with Europcar. In contacting their service department I was in touch with Zurich directly and they actually honored the original booking's price and refunded the walk-up fare. This location did the right thing and I'm very grateful for that service.

Awesome customer service at night after a delayed flight. Some issues with payment/deposit at the counter, but resolved timely. Saves made our day and a great start to the holiday in Switzerland.

Read the contract carefully, After I paid the amount of money for the rent they gave me the contract and I signed it.

When I returned the car I asked for the deposit, they told me the deposit is going to go to credit card “which doesn’t belong to me”, I explained to them many times and I’ve shown them the receipt from my bank but they didn’t listen to me. Obviously the girl who served me in the office put another credit card that I don’t know for someone else 😉

First and last experience for this cheap company 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
