I returned my car seven weeks ago and I got a charge for damage to the vehicle. $1200 USD charge. I submitted a picture showing the damage when I received the car and it was not enough evidence. There is no way to get in touch with anyone. When I try to call the number listed online I am connected then the call drops.I already submitted the image and they deemed it was not enough proof. There is no way to get in touch with anyone at this rental location. The phone number automatically disconnects when you try to call. Only way to communicate is via email where there is a 15 business day response.

ALERT....They are taking $1000.00 CHF when Booking and after you have dropped off the vehicle sending emails of scratches and deducting from that deposit....They do not close the transaction when you return.......DO NOT USE NATIONAL OR ENTERPRISE in Zurich Airport

We returned our car more than a month back and until early this month we got an email from Enterprise along with the charge of 1000 CHF, and they said we need to be responsible for the remaining amount (~500CHF) due to “damage”. We returned the car in exactly original state, the employee told us that we were good to go so we headed back to the terminal thinking everything was good. It is a very bad hit to our relationship with the company while we has been their customer for years! Please be aware of this practice and protect your right, get the report before leaving for the terminal

Zurich National Car Rental charged me for 'damage' to the vehicle via email after drop off despite the fact the car was dropped off in perfect condition. I have been an exclusive National Car Rental customer for almost two decades, and unfortunately this incident really sours my relationship. In hindsight, I should have taken a walk around video or required a National employee to do a physical walk around before I left the car.

I wanted to modify my reservation and bring in the car early. Unfortunately, the app does not support changing the reservation, nor does the customer number allow me to talk to anybody. Not the best customer service, and I hope I will not be charged for bringing your car back early!

45 minute wait for agent on arrival, despite beimg National Executive Elite Emerald member status. They did not have the car we reserved available (full size SUV with Ski rack). Only Compact SUV with no Ski rack. Had to rent another small car so we can fit, for additional €550 for a week. No doscount. Just verbal sorry. Charged me 1 liter of gas after return and I filled up to the top 3 KM a way. Nice employees and good service on return.

I rent 20+ times from National all over the wold, never again at Zurich Airport. Maybe I need to switch back to Avis.

Line was a bit long at check in but otherwise a smooth pickup and drop off process. Loved the Audi A6 we rented and no surprises on the final bill.
