National Car Rental

Made a reservation at National 3 weeks in advance. After a 15h trip coming from Europe they told me that they do not have a car in the category I booked. But took the money in advance. Kept me waiting infinitely before they came up with a car. Never ever National again!

In and out in 5 minutes, great selection in emerald aisle, car was very clean, and very friendly service. Highly recommended if you don't want to wait in line for 30-60mins!

Marco at Montreal airport was efficient and very helpful and the car was great to drive. Seamless start to a long drive after a cross country flight and greatly appreciated.

I had made reservations at montreal airport woth budget . When we arrived there was at least 50 people in line who had waited over two hours for their vehicles (see photo for yourselves).
I walked over to national and they placed me in a new Chrysler 300 within 10 min . $300 cheaper than Budget for the week. Thanks to Omaid who was very courteous and got us on our way quickly

Always a great experience at National Car Rental. Once you have reserved online you just show up, walk to the car park, pick a vehicle and drive, after they check your credentials. Good selection of vehicles also. Highly recommended.

The Car was really good but its very difficult to find their location if you are new in Montreal . No answer from customer service. Called 3-4 times.
They need to fix their Geo. If you are new and looking for them search for Enterprise car rental its close to them. It's Opposite side of the airport.

Second time renting from this renter at this location (National / YUL). Both times were great, service was good, cars as well.
But here is my issue, I'm writing this from inside the airport, on the other side of the border and now 30min away from boarding.
It seems that I forgot something in the car, nothing vital, a pair of earbuds, but still quite annoying.
So far I've called the lost and found dedicated number 24 times in the past hour (all calls end up dropping automatically), and I'm yet to get a human being on the line, I get that a Friday evening in the middle of vacation period can get busy but this is getting ridiculous.
